Welcome to the home page the Cross Training Center (CTC) Website. We are Dallas' premiere martial arts and fitness facility.

CTC's Facility :

CTC is a 3800 square foot Mixed Martial Arts (MMA) school, Power Yoga and Fitness facility. We are conveniently located at the southeast corner of Josey Lane and Highway 190. CTC encourages individuals to attain one of the greatest gifts of all -- good health and valuable skills in a family environment.

CTC's Programs:

CTC’s programs are diverse, innovative and unsurpassed. With 35 classes a week starting at 4:30 PM until 9:00 PM, we are able to cater to anyone's busy schedule. The CTC’s program offers mixed martial arts with a focus on fitness and health for both the adults and youth.

CTC also offers Power Fit Programs where each student is given personalized attention and put on a fitness program, providing them with a structured program that offers many goals which improve their cardiovascular health, strengthen their bodies, slim and trim their physiques and increase their flexibility as well as their eating habits for life.

As a highly modernized traditional kung fu academy, CTC also exposes its students to reality based self-defense or San Soo. This art utilization of highly scientific principles of physics involving movement and leverage, as well as intense concentration and controlled breathing, gives the fighter extreme power.  Agility, balance, coordination, humility and respect for one’s fellow man, are also emphasized.

In addition, CTC’s program teaches all its students the fundamentals of other arts like Brazilian Jiu Jitsu, Muay Thai, and Boxing which prepares them for any situation.

 
 
 
     

 

 

 

 

 

Mixed Martial Arts is a combination of Boxing, Muay Thai, Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, Kung Fu – San Soo, Wresting and Karate/Kickboxing.  We believe that cross training is the key to a well balanced martial artist.

This belted system was designed in 5 levels:

Level 1 – Basic (White Belt)
Level 2 – Beginner (Yellow & Orange belts)
Level 3 – Intermediate (Green, Blue & Purple Belts)
Level 4 – Advance (Brown, 2nd Degree red and 1st Degree Red Belt)
Level 5 – Black Belt.

The Cross Training Center is one of the few schools to write a clearly defined curriculum for mixed martial arts training.  The training curriculum has been compiled from over 28 years of combined experience in Mixed martial arts as well as fighting skills to bring you the most effective training methods, drills, skills and techniques for real life self defense and fight situations.

Our program is for everyone. Safety is the number-one priority in our classroom training.  People train in Mixed Martial Arts for various reasons. Some want to get in shape or learn self defense, others would like to increase their confidence level, some for a hobby, and few students will compete in full contact fighting.  Whatever your interests are, the Cross Training Center can help you achieve your goals.
